Kevin Blue joined WishBone as Chief Revenue Officer in 2018. Since then, Blue has revamped WishBone’s sales team and negotiated agreements with distribution channel partners. Under his leadership, WishBone has signed agreements with over 15 OUS stocking distributors, hired key senior Sales Vice Presidents, and built WishBone’s U.S. sales representative team.
Kevin Blue has over 25 years of medical device sales success and company leadership across many specialties. He has built many sales teams and mentored his teams with his experience and abilities. He recently exited from LIG Surgical, a distributorship that Blue founded. At LIG Surgical, Blue grew the business from start-up to a $25 million organization with 48 sales representatives and four administrative staff with offices in Tulsa and Dallas. He achieved multiple awards from Exactech by providing strong company leadership and driving sales growth, including Agency of the Year: 2006 through 2008 and 2016; Chairman’s Club: 2006 through 2008, 2010-2011, 2014, 2016-2017; President’s Award: Annually 2007-2017; Top 7 Agent Award: 2006 through 2008, 2010-2011, 2103-2014, 2016; and Sales Agent Advisory Board: Annually 2006
